Sorry to hear, you're facing these troubles. Would you mind to try to "reset the Update Manager" by deleting the following registry key (by using "
regedit.exe") and download again these files?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Itoo Software\Update Manager\PackagesReinstalling the plug-in is highly recommendable too. If the issue persists, would you mind to
send us the Update Manager's log file located at:
C:\Users\<yourUsername>\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Update Manager\update.logto analyze it here?
