just want to asking My payment has completed
untill now im still not getting information how to download the product.
How long i must wait? I need it urgently for my work.

Hi. Orders are processed manually at business hours (Europe Time). And in mornings on weekends. We always process them within 24hours of the purchase.
I see that Your license is already issued. I hope You got email with further steps. Let me know if You need any additional help.

I just had problem with the library.it cannot find the libray path.

Hi.
Default path for Forest Pack bundled library is:
%localappdata%\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib
If it is empty, You have not downloaded it yet. Please run Update Manager (You can find it in start menu search). You will have to login using Your username and password and then download/install them.

Yes i already download and installed from updated manager.but still not showing the package on library browser.

Sorry to hear, you're facing these troubles. Would you mind to try to "reset the Update Manager" by deleting the following registry key (by using "regedit.exe") and download again these files?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Itoo Software\Update Manager\Packages
Reinstalling the plug-in is highly recommendable too. If the issue persists, would you mind to send us (http://forum.itoosoft.com/index.php?topic=3648.0) the Update Manager's log file located at:
C:\Users\<yourUsername>\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Update Manager\update.log
to analyze it here?

just updated.
I was deleted/reset updated manager for regedit.exe.
then I start installing the update manager showing like this (see Attached)
