I get this email where another person is trying to remove my licenses saying that they bought it years ago. I've been paying maintenance for years and someone from itoosoft gives you access! How can this happen?

Let me clarify the current situation - the mentioned license was purchased by the @instore.cl and upon our database, you’ve been sending us several messages from aahumada@instore.cl in the past. We’re now checking the situation and waiting for more details from both sides. I’ve asked you to describe briefly the actual relation of @instore.cl and @light-syndrome.cl a while ago. Thanks for your comprehension.
