Title: License Manager - Computer hostnames not resolving

Is there a reason or setting to explain why this is happening? The hostname shows the IP. The LM version is 1.12.

We can reproduce the problem here. It seems the function we use to resolve the IP is not working properly.
I've added the problem to the buglist.
