Network connection during itoo update manager download

Trying to download que packages from the itoo update manager the past 2 days with no success.
I cannot download forest pack + railcone default library with a good stable speed, and it's not my internet provider. I got only around 12kb/s and download down time several time. I'm based in Brazil.

I'm sorry to hear, you're facing these troubles. We've done some testing and the service seems to be pretty stable - we've been testing the download speed from multiple places and we can confirm the download speed is up to 100 Mbps. We keep monitoring the traffic.

Would you mind trying to use a VPN?
