TOOLBARS for RailClone and Forest Pack keep resetting in 3ds Max 2020!

Something so simple as a toolbar. It has been going on for two years now. Any solution?

No solutions yet, sorry. We opened again a support case to Autodesk, requesting help about this issue.
I assume there is something wrong in our toolbar implementation, but no idea what.
