Problem with mesh view

hello,

i use 3dsmax 2012 and HQ Catalog 1.0

when I use the HQ plants by selecting the library, I found a problem when the mesh view, the tree is gone (nothing), and only letter ' F ' in the floor, and, when i render, i found error again, help me!

Please, click "General->Forest Stats", to open the information window, and see what it is the problem exactly.

the problem is

"Maximum number of faces exceeded
fix : adjust "Display" parameters"

i'm sory what that mean ?

Probably you are using the scanline renderer. This render engine is very limited to handle high-poly objects (as the HQ Plant models), because it creates a single mesh with all the plants.  You should use Mental Ray or VRay.

In this is not the case, please check if Display->Render Mode is set to "Automatic".
