Title: Library Issue

Good Morning everybody,

im facing a kind of stupid problem here. In our company we own a few HQ Plants libraries and unfortunately the HQ Plants 1 library has "quit its service".
It seems lige someone deletet the HQ Plants 1.mat file on our main server. This remained unnoticed long enough so that we could find it in the backup files. We tried to contact the distributor where we bought the Library a few years ago but didnt get any answer for over 3 weeks now.
My question is....is there a possiblity to solve this problem or can you tell me who we have to contact to solve this?

Please, send us a copy of the invoice of a proof purchase to helpdesk@itoosoft.com, and we'll send you the .mat file.
