Trouble installing and using HQ Plants and catalog

Is there any documentation on how to install the catalog and the assests correctly? I am getting confused and need some sort of direction. I looked out at 3dmentor and couldn't find any tutorials or decent instructions. Thanks in advance!

By the way, I am using max 2013 and newest versions of forest pro.

In order to use HQ Plants with the library browser, you must install the HQ Catalog addon:

Note: the current version of HQ Catalog (1.2.2) has a bug which crashes if the library path is selected from the Creation window. As workaround, create a Forest object and open the library browser from the Modify panel. This problem will be fixed in the next patch.

Update: the above bug is already fixed in HQ Catalog 1.2.3.
