Our Client provided us with a Sketchup Model of Barbers Avenue in Rawmarsh, Rotherham and asked if we could take their modelling to the next level and produce 2 full CGI’s to show off the development for Rotherham Council. Our response was; No Problemo!! Fortunate for them as well, with us utilising their existing 3D modelling, it reduced our man hours for the job which in turn we passed down to the client and reduced the fee for this project.
The aim of this development is to significantly increase the construction of new homes across the borough and work has been done to identify funding and delivery mechanisms that will enable the council to help deliver 850 homes a year! #doingourbitforrotherham
One of our low level 3D Visuals can be seen attached. Using Railclone, we were able to effectively add in the much needed detail that the original Sketchup model was lacking: Tegula Paving, Roof Tiles etc.
