Title: Macro parameters can be grouped in categories

Could be replicated for the main parameters also?

We can customize the macro UI, but not main parameters which is a simple listbox.
We could add categories as dummy entries, but there are little options to modify their appearance (as change font, etc.)

There are several suggestions in the wishtlist related with the main UI, but are in hold until we migrate the Max UI to Qt, which will be done at some time.
Qt is more powerful and flexible for these operations. But its major drawback (besides the effort to make the migration), is that requires Max 2018 and above.
