Glue as mod

Is there any chance to make (rewrite) Glue to be mod? Something like VU Spline Conform ( http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/mcg/mcg-spline-conform )but with Glue feature Interpolation?
Just like a paid plugin :-)
