Glue - How to inherit vertex normal rotation from surface?
« on: December 05, 2008, 03:14:29 PM »
Hey,

Glue works great, but I have one problem that I can't work out. When I project a spline on a surface (currently a race track with curved turnes), the projected spline doesn't follow the surface normals. As in the vertices all have the same normals/gizmo rotation. Any way to solve this problem?

Cheers,

Øyvind

Hi,

No, sorry. Glue doesn't use the surface normals for any operation, it only takes the elevation points to place the vertices.
