Title: SplineOffset-many vertex on the new spline

I think this is wrong, so such a large number of vertices on a large plane will cause great inconvenience.

Unfortunately SplineOffset can only create straight segments.
That is the output You get. We hope that it still can be useful for You.

You can adjust interpolation settings for some control over the knots number:
