Cutsom Libraries in Railclone Lite

I know custom libraries can only be created in Railclone Pro, but I wondered if they can be loaded by Railclone Lite users? I am wondering about the use case of my office, where a lot of the users don't really know the plugin or care for it, but it would probably be handy if they could load and use basic graphs (under 3 segments).

I'll create them and then get the library to the rest of the team, if it's a case of 3 clicks then they might be inclined to start getting Railclone-cuious.
