Default mode (scale) + Bevel corner = corner's one side gap
« on: August 20, 2018, 10:51:21 AM »
Hi. i'm learning railclone and during "getting started with railclone" help part i found that if generator's rules have default mode "scale" and corner have "Bevel corner" activated it ends up with a gap at the corner. Is it a bug?

Hi
Probably something else is causing it.

It seems correct for me:

Rokas, create a corner spline and load, for example, "Metal Handrail 1" preset from the library and you will see a gap as on my example. All other default modes are works exept scale mode when Bevel corner is on.

Rokas, in your last example, it looks like it is not a "Metal handrail 1" preset from the library.
so here is my step:
1. I create corner spline with a corner type vertex at the corner
2 I create RC object and load "Metal handrail 1" preset from library
3 Pick spline in style editor and by default have result with a gap (look at he picture)
4 but if I change default mode to any other or switch bevel corner off then the gap is gone
