adaptative bay window

I want to realize an adaptive bay window and I can not get the expected result.
I made a cut as in the attached image 1. I made a "2S array" as shown in image 2. There are two problems.
The first concerns the upper central part which changes scale as in picture 3.
The second concerns the left part which is shifted down as in picture 4.
Would you know how to solve these problems?

Hi. Hard to understand the style just from the screenshot.

To fix issue 2 set all segments Z alignment to Pivot:



To fix issue 1
Rewire segment from "X Evenly" to "Default"
