Hi,
is it possible to manage (add, remove, change) the segments of a RailClone_Lite node throught maxscript?

No, it's not possible. Although the segment parameters are visible in Maxscript, it's not recommendable to modify them, because the plugin realizes some operations internally which are not scriptable.

I figured out when I tried to modify those parameters, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for the confirmation.
