RailClone Lite not working

Hello, I installed RailClone Lite, but when I click on the RC button in 3ds max, nothing happens, the program menu does not open. Only RailClone Lister button is working.

Hi,

You would normally need to draw a RailCone object in the viewport after clicking that button, and then switch to the Modifier panel to continue editing. Can you confirm that this is not working?
