Title: Window transom scaling problem (RC PRO)
Post by: brummyjim on March 07, 2018, 11:47:52 AM
Hi,

I'm using Railclone Pro but I cant see how to post in that thread.

I've set up a parametised window file (attached)

the fixed size spinner for the transom seems to cause scaling of the transom, I cant see any way around it.

Any help would really be appreciated.

J

Would you mind to post on the RailClone Pro (https://forum.itoosoft.com/railclone-pro-(*)/) board? Thanks in advance.

Michael thanks, I realise that I've got a standalone license I can give you the number now but I cant create a user in the forum, it's possible that it is someone in our enormous IT or purchasing department that would have received this info.

if can anyone help me with my problem I would appreciate it.

Hi,

Sure, please feel free to send us (http://forum.itoosoft.com/index.php?topic=3648.0)  your user ID / any license serial number (a screen-shot of the About roll-out would be fine too). It'll help us to allocate the corresponding user account and grant you corresponding permissions. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
