Can you release a version of Railclone pro 2015 for non vray users even a beta release will do.

I need to move my company over to 3DS Max Design 2015 on a project that is in progress because we need to use some of the new populate features. The delay in a 2015 release of Railclone pro is causing us a big problem as we can't move our project over.

I tried copying the DLO over from 2014 but it doesn't work.

Max 2015 will be supported in the upcoming RailClone 2.3, which is not ready yet. We are currently working on it.

Unfotunately the dlo for Max 2014 will not work, plugins must be recompiled for 2015.

any idea when it will happen ... or is there a chance to get the recent version compiled for 2015

I think V-Ray for Max 2015 should be ready soon, but that depends exclusively of ChaosGroup. The problem is the same for any RC version, we need an updated V-Ray SDK.

Besides that, there are or couple of bugs in Max 2015 that affect our plugins. We are waiting a fix from Autodesk. Sincerely we suggest not using it yet, as any new version it needs some maturity time.

RailClone 2.3.0 beta is out, and we'll release Forest in a couple of days.

Sweet, that's the only thing we're waiting for at our office. Then we can all make the jump to 2015.

Forest Pack 4.2.4 with Max 2015 support is already available in the User Panel.
