Banking problem
« on: December 02, 2025, 07:29:05 pm »
Hello

As you can see, I'm trying to do door frame ornaments.
One of these doors is curved.
And this is where the problem arises. I have a banking problem.

I thought it would be simple with Rules->Banking->Modify=0, but it didn't change anything.

How can I avoid this problem ?

I'd like to take this opportunity to ask if there are any resources (tutorials or other)
that would provide good advice for this type of exercise—I'm referring to ornaments
with different decorative elements, creating sequences, etc.

Thank you!

Hi,

If setting the Override Banking / X Rotation to 0 doesn’t help, I recommend applying the Reset XForm > Reset Selected utility to the base spline, and after that, right-click and choose Convert To > Convert to Editable Spline to see if it resolves the issue.

Best regards,

In such a case, if possible, please feel free to send us your scene (ideally simplified and containing only the problematic object(s)) so we can check it here. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
