Basic glass wall problem
« on: June 28, 2024, 09:56:58 am »
Hi guys,
trying to make my own glass wall generator. Sliced the base model with RC slicer and plugged it in an array and then that to a linear. Not sure why it's generating so much tiling on the worlds z axis. Tried adaptive, scale, tile, all of them. I also tried extend x/y size to area for the main generator but decided later for a linear.
What I'm doing wrong?
Thx

Hi,

You can easily adjust measurements on the Y-axis by utilizing the Y Scale To Fit macro located under the Transforms category. Please find attached the updated scene file (240628_GlassWall_iToo.max).

I hope that helps.

Best regards,

Thanks so much! Will use it for now, but aren't I doing something wrong? Pretty sure it should work differently. I have basic elements and yet I get tiling on z etc.
