bounding box of RC object
« on: May 30, 2017, 08:19:44 PM »
Hi guys,
could someone explain to me how the bounding box of a RC object works ?
when i apply a simple railclone style to a spline which is not aligned to the world's axis the RC object's bounding box keeps aligning to the worls and not to the spline
so I can' t use the clipping splines because if I refer to the documentation, clipping splines project along the RC bounding box
(see pictures attached)
Except rotating the whole model to the world's axis I can't find a good solution :/

humm, sorry guys,
I've been searching for hours, and now that I've posted I found a solution just one minute after ...
If anybody has the same problem, here's how I did :
remove segments to get the RC icon back (the one when you create the RC object), and align it to an object with the correct orientation, then link the segment back.
