Title: Bug: Iray - when rendering with Iray a Mental Ray warning is flashed up

When rendering a scene with Iray a warning is created that belongs with Mental Ray saying that we should use placeholder objects, which obviously isn't an option with Iray.

This happens regardless of the size or complexity of the scene and is not necessary.

Agreed. I just modified that, it will be fixed in the next update.
