Not sure if this has been reported already, so apologise for a repeat if so.

We have a carpark railclone preset that worked fine in railclone 6 in a couple of scenes but now with railclone 7 we have had to increase the number of faces to 100 million to get it to work and the RAM is is now over 100gb with no other changes to the scenes. Its like its not using instancing now where it was quite quick and relatively light weight. Has there been any changes in this area? Thanks

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with it. As you pointed out, it does seem that instancing isn’t working correctly in your scene. Please double-check that the Display/Build > Render > Use Instancing Engine option is enabled. If possible, please send us any problematic scene — preferably a simplified version that reproduces the issue in a minimal setup. Thank you in advance.
