Cutting RC object with an unregular shape
« on: May 31, 2018, 09:48:02 PM »
Hi !
urgently, I just got the Revit model of a client...
I need to sculpt a distributed profile with holes (easy with clipping spline), but also the base & top of it.... and it gets tricky.

As shown in the screenshot, the façade is very irregular and some parts get back & front of another.... also I don't know how to just cut the ends.

Any help please ?

Thx ! :)

Hi,

You should prepare some splines for L1S generator and use mtl id for different Heights, Window openings:

Well thanks, but this ok...
The hard part is to cut the top of it.... as you can see this is not straight (a bit wavy)...

Try clipping splines for top and bottom wavy-ness.
