Hi,
Thanks for contacting us. Generally speaking you will get the most accurate deformation around a corner like this when the spline is in the middle of the segments. Because the distance to the furthest edge is not so great, small inaccuracies in the spline are not magnified, as illustrated in the image below.
If this doesn't help if you can upload your sample file it'll be helpful to help solve the problem.
Many thanks!

Hi,
Would you mind uploading your file so I can take a closer look at it? If you'd rather not upload it here you can send it to support@itoosoft.com.
Many thanks!

Hi,
It looks as though the problem may be caused in part by the spline, it doesn't form a perfect circle in plan view.
Tight corners where the edge nearly converge on a point are very sensitive to small deviations like this. I've attached a file with the spline corrected.
I hope that helps, many thanks!

OK, is it necessary absolutely that the round is perfect?
Thanks a lot

No problem at all, glad I could help out. In this case it would appear the circle has to be very precise, a small deviation in the centre of the step becomes quite large on the outside edge.
Many thanks!
