Could you take a look at the file and point me out how could I solve the corner of this pergola?

Hi Leonardo,

You can use the nested generators setup for this purpose - to generate a piece of geometry that can be beveled on this corner as a whole. Please find attached a revised version of your scene (250311_Distrito_Florida_pergolas_ITOOSOFT.max). I hope that helps.

wow thanks. 
just one last request, as you see in the image attached, when I have a fillet spline, it doesn't work properly. Could you take a look?

You're welcome. Increasing the Style > Curve Steps value should resolve the issue - in my quick test, setting it to 64 did the trick. I'm attaching the modified version of your scene (250311_Distrito_Florida_pergolas_ITOOSOFT_REV2.max).
