Please send us the minidump crash file, together the style you want to import to support@itoosoft.com. We'll investigate the problem.

Thanks,

Thank's

I sent you the email with the files.
Do you think it could be the 3d models that are not perfect?
I'm going to simplify the models in order to test if it still crashes.

Correcting geometry didn't resolve the problem.

Thanks for the files. It's a strange issue, because we cannot reproduce the crash here. Tested on two workstations, using RC 2.3.4 and Max 2015 SP3 (i guess that same conditions as you).

Regarding the minidump, it shows the crash in a Max function used to clean edges of editable polys. I think it's a Max bug caused by this specific geometry, but i'm afraid there is not much we can do, if we cannot reproduce the problem.
