Problems with a facade sequence
« on: November 12, 2020, 07:19:45 PM »
Hello,
I need to generate a facade sequence of 4 different segments A, B, C, D in that specific order which continuously repeats. The spline segments have different lenghts. I tried using a sequence operator but cant seem to get them in the right order. I managed to get the desired result when playing randomly with the counters but that only works for that specific spline. (image 3 shows how it looks like when I set them to 1)
Not sure if I missed something very basic here - is there a way to get this working?

Thanks

Please, can you downgrade the file for Max2018?

How you want them to look?

I would need them to look like in img 01 - right now that just works for this exact spline with the counters settings that you see in the file.
But if you apply it to a different slpine it doesnt work anymore.
So basically the sequence should always be A,B,C,D,A,B,C,D,A,B... etc. no matter how many segments the slpine has.

Good  ;) Please use this one. I just switch from Adaptive to Count mode. It will be the same results but just to avoid some possible issues.
