Title: Expression to specify the id limits

Hello,

For generators, could you provide a limit of IDs by "expression", like a series of pages to be printed in some software: 1-5, 7, 8-10, etc?

Thanks for your suggestion.
In fact, it was already in our to-do list. We'll try to included it in the upcoming RC5.

Just we need to think how to keep the compatibility with current Limit ID, which is a numeric value.
