I so want to mass change multiple segment parameters:

That's not possible, sorry. This is the reason we added Clone Multiple, at least you can clone a segment after setting its properties.

nah, that is not good enough- imagine every segment has unique transform properties...

I know, in fact we tried to implement mass edition for 2.4, but unfortunately that would require to rewrite large parts of the editor. That is not only a hard work, but also a risk of introducing new bugs.
