Feature Request - Select Object in Scene
« on: February 14, 2018, 08:06:41 PM »
It would be helpful, if not already a supported feature i am unaware of, to be able to select all base geometry used in graph. or only select nodes. using something like a "select in scene" based on nodes selected or all geometry. this obviously would not work if the objects are 'embedded'.

Hi, it can be done using the context menu (right click) with a RC object selected.
It works both for Segments and Base Objects.

Adding to that (I didn't know about the above either so thank you!) what if you bring in a preset, currently objects are 'Embedded' how can we get an instance of this object  created when we hit this option you recommend above?

First you must export the embedded geometry to a Max object.
The procedure is described here.
