Title: Fence with curved shape at the top

Hi, im a little stuck on how best to create this. I've created the fence panels fine with RC. Client now wants the top of the fence panels to follow a rolling hill type curve.
I tried a few things and nothing works. Any ideas would be appreciated. Not an expert on RC either

If you have a bottom on the same level then it is a simple task. The bottom is placed on the RC Object origin (RC Icon).

I have a macro for two spline drivers, just need to find it  :-\ or surface + spline also.
I`m on deadline at the moment so I can`t spare much time on this topic, sorry.
