Title: Fiber cement panels - facade

I am wondering how to tackle a facade system such as http://www.equitone.com/us/ (http://www.equitone.com/us/)?
Attached, is a picture of the type I am currently going for, but due to time constraints, had to use a bitmap.


The three most important things are
1)  having the seams continue into the window opening returns, and around corners.
2)  random textures per face
3)  ability to properly do inner and outer corners (assuming the spline is all corner verts.)

I'm going to start trying to make something, but any helpers examples would be great!
