missing license code

hi all, I'm having a bit of a problem with a new license we bought but for which we haven't received any code yet. as we've been waiting almost a week now, and there are a couple of jobs in which we'd like to use railclone, I'm writing here to see if this can be sorted. I know the forum probably non the right place to ask, but a few messages I sent through our support page went unanswered so I thought it couldn't hurt if I tried. feel free to point me in the right direction, or let me know who on the support team I should be talking to.

We've sent you your license (processed on last Wednesday) again. If you'll not receive it soon, please provide us an alternative email account.

We've not received any of mentioned messages yet. Did you use the "Contact Us" form on our website? Upon our tests all seem to work without any problems, but if you are sure you've submitted it correctly, would you mind to send us another "test message"? Thanks in advance.

hi Michal,
thank you for the quick reply. I just checked and I received a technical support email, but still no luck with the license code.
the one you sent me last wednesday never reached me, which is funny as I got all other emails itoo sent me. including the one with the code for the new forestpack version. it seems the only ones I'm not getting are the ones with the railclone codes.
don't know what happened with the messages I sent either, they seemed to be confirmed as correctly sent. I tried both with the "contact us" form, and the "resend key" one. I'll send you the test message now, lets see what happens.
I can give you my private email address for the railclone code, can I send you a pm?
