Gradient spacing on a spline!

Hello, everyone.
I am very new to railclone2 atm please help me out! :'(

I want to make an object alone the path of a single spline, that has a gradient spacing..
I tried to do it with the 3dsmax spacing tool but it seems like it could only do same distance of spacing.
attach image to maybe help understanding..

I was wondering if Railclone2 has the ability to do this!

I attach a max file for you to see how I did it. Probably there are some other ways too.
