The logical approach would to use several Linear generators (with one or multiple RC objects): one for the main structure, other for the cables and so.

In the following post you can find some ideas.

If need help with a specific part of the bridge, please don't hesitate to ask us.

There are different ways to build this bridge. If you want to make it parametric (so, i.e. the distance between pillars can be changed), use several linear generators:

1) Structure: Start/End segments for the end pieces, Default segment in scale mode for the arc and Evenly for pillars.
1) Road. Just a simple linear generator with a Default segment (there are several samples in the Library).
2) Railing. See the library for examples.

Anyway, this case may be a bit hard to start with RailClone.
If you have not used the software before, i suggest you complete our tutorials (http://www.itoosoft.com/tutorials?software=rc) before (starting by the Mansory Wall (http://www.itoosoft.com/tutorials/tutorial_wall.php)). It will help you to understand better the RailClone basic concepts.

I think you need something like this :

The whole procedure of making arc of the bridge should rely on the height of the columns supporting it , railclone expressions can handle that , just control height scale of supporting columns by expression with a sinusoid or something like that.
You can do such funny stuff also :
