Title: Herringbone gap / Padding issue

Hi all, hoping this is a simple one of me not doing something right - I'm trying to add a distance around the herringbone effect for tiles so effectively adding a grout distance between each tile. although annoyingly the ends are still butt up against each other - I added padding to left/right and top/bottom of each tile mesh. any help would be great thanks! A
