Random textures on

Hi, guys! I need your help. I can't understand how make different textures for different segment on steak. It's my geometry - http://joxi.ru/L21JXJOi6Je5AX
I can't use MultiTextures for two reasons - I use multisub material and railclone is single object.
Can you help my to find way to make different leaks on my wall?

It is not nice, as You need multiple materials, but it should work:
