Swap arrows for Conditional inputs

Swap arrows for Conditional would be nice.
Although there are just two inputs, oftentimes segments are far away so I need to insert the Transform on one of the Segment`s wires as a bypass so I can reconnect.

Swap arrows are implemented only for nodes with variable number of inputs.
Nodes with fixed inputs (are Conditional) cannot be swapped. Both use different type of controls.
