PAVEMENT ON COMPLEX SURFACE TERRAIN
« on: March 23, 2017, 10:54:53 AM »
Hi,

I'm trying to do this pavement path (the B&W one) and applying on the brown terrain. Please HEEEELP!  :o
I've tried with  a parquet preset, not so bad but not for Z axis projection. With a simple 1S and a spline will be perfect but the line of stones have to stay parallel...

Thanks for your help

Hi,

A recommendable way to maintain all Segments parallel to each other would be to rotate the RC object and enable the Deform - Vertical option. Because of the Z axis isn't perpendicular to the surface, as workaround you may conform the spline by using our Glue utility and use the "conformed spline".

Hope that helps a bit.

Best regards,
