Your pattern piece is not aligned correctly:
for it to tile it has to translate increasingly with every row,- it should be possible to do, but certainly it is too much of a hassle:

I fixed your piece so it could tile verticaly easily:

and had to move some vertices to make it tile horizontally:

After that it is simple pattern:

hello rokas,

first many thanks for looking into this!
my original piece of pattern is copyable without seem. i controlled that.

so as it seems you rotated the segment about some degrees, you rotated it so long that it matches when you align it vertikally.
i think i understand the problem now!

with clipping area expand i could fix the holes at the edges up and down

thanks again for help!

hello again,

sometimes i´m totally lost with this program... sorry...

i want to apply it to this wall...i had to fight to get it from our initially horizontal construction to a vertical wall....
now i don´t get it applied to the whole wall around the edges...

further if i want to scale the pattern to let say 30 percent, all the values get lost and i have to realign everything again.

is that really that complicated or am i stupid?

thanks for enlighten me

It is not hard, but it takes some practice:
Conforming to wall should be done by using new multiple splines feature. And scaling should be done with couple arithmetic nodes to affect parameters as well as geometry.

Style breaks on wall corners,- since your pattern has no vertical seams,- dont' know what You expect it to look like.
