Title: Index of current X Spline's vertex.

The description for the XVertexIndex reads:  "Index of current X Spline's vertex."
If Generators use MaterialID Limits it seems that Index starts to count as the X Spline Section`s and not as X Spline's vertex.

That's logical since internally the splines are split by material IDs. In some cases that might also be the desired behaviour. We should add two separate variables to cater for both eventualities. I'll pass the suggestion on to the development team.
