Interpolation between two splines
«
on:

Hi,
I'm building this bridge but I'm stuck with the struts connected to the arch structure.
How is possible to distribute the tie rods to the arc and scaling/rotating them properly?
Best regards.

Hi,
Thanks for the interesting question.
I'm afraid at the moment there's not an easy way to achieve this, RailClone doesn't (yet) have a generator that can create geometry between two parallel splines. However there are a few workarounds that might be possible. Please take a look at
this thread for a similar case.
I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers!

I've made a simplified scene that may be of help. It's a pretty simple setup but it might help in this case. Any questions, please let me know.

Thank you very much.
I hope to see more modules/operators in RailClone Pro.
For example I use also Grasshopper and I think that many geometries can be modeled directly within 3ds Max.
Best regards.
