Keep UV ?

I have a question about UV maps...

The starting poly object i'm using in a railclone object has 3 different UV sets (channel 1, 2 and 3 with different sizes)...

Problem is that i'm using a scale to fit the heigh size of my railclone object...
I can see that we can add a box uvmap or use a real world scale uv map...

But i'd like to keep my uv map settings... It does not work because of the scale effect...

Any idea ?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. At present RailClone only supports box mapping one UV channel. RailClone's segment's scale property is effectively the same as scaling the original geometry, which would reveal the same problem. I have passed this on to the development team to see if there is a way of implementing this feature.

I guess if i could "crop" the object instead of scaling it, it would be able to keep previous UV map channels...

Unfortunatelly, i can't find the way to do that in my railclone object...

If you send me the style, I might be able to help out. If you'd prefer not to post it here send it to support@itoosoft.com. In previous versions, some L1S styles were hard to recreate with an A2S generator but with the addition of Inner Corner it has become much easier to translate.
