Title: Latest RC has bug?

Hi,

The latest RC release 6.3.9 seems to cause issues with one of our in-house library railclones. I haven't checked the others so possible they also now have issues. The RC in this case is a window system we use that enables us to decide the width, height, thickness of frames, ect. However for some reason part of the frames are no longer visible (the "evenly's", and in a current project they just disapear completely.

Attached a couple of images of the original file when opened in 6.3.9 and 6.3.6.

What's going on? I can email the file to support to check.

EDIT: Just opened the project file (with 6.3.6) installed and the RC's are correct again.
