RC 3.0.7 where did all libraries go?
« on: July 17, 2017, 10:25:45 AM »
After installation I got only Architecture Library and Railings, nothing more. Where did it go?

That was going to be my first question :P

By default update manager hides installed packages to simplify the interface. To check installed packages must check View/Installed Packages.

Greetings. Pablo :)

The Library now is installed at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\RailClone Pro\lib\default1
Please, can you check what files are there ? For each library, you should see a folder with an index.xml, max files, thumbnails, etc.

Also send us the file C:\Users\carlos\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Update Manager\update.log, which include details about the download process.

Thanks,

I see that you started using the beta version (thanks!).

Since some important changes occured between versions, Please, take one of these two options:

1) Cleaning the next key from the registry (using regedit.exe)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Itoo Software\Update Manager\Packages

Alternatively, use the attached .reg (open the zip and double click the .reg file).

2) Reinstall Railclone.

Thanks in advance for any further comments on this issue you can share about it with us / our user community (in case some user(s) will run into similar troubles).

Greetings, Pablo :)

Where can we download libraries ? I mean, without update manager (one more tool just to get some files), to deploy them silently.

Liraries only can be downloaded using Update Manager. Please, see this entry FAQ for more information.
