License Server Winsock Errors

Hi,

I've had a few of our users say they are having trouble grabbing a Railclone network license.

The server is up and running, and has licenses free to allocate, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Looking at the log I can see some Winsock 10054 errors popping up.

Any idea what they could be?

We are running Railclone 3.10 and License server 1.20 and this has only started happening recently - it has been running fine for months and nothing has changed on the license server.

I would suggest you set the network license on the user side to the IP of the server rather than finding it automatically. That can be done during the installation or by using the "Change License Mode" wizard after setting Network license mode in the Configure the Network License window.

If the problem persists, would you mind to enable the debug mode in the License Server and send us the log file from the Itoo Software License Manager - License Server tab - View Log... to analyze it here?
Also, please provide us screen-shots of the License Manager - Licenses tab and License(s) Details (by using the Details... button).
